Mrs. Candace's first graders have been learning about the scientific process. While practicing their science skills, they completed an experiment, made daily observations and recorded them in a notebook. In the end, they enjoyed the product of their experiment, Rock Candy!
Congratulations to Mrs. Robin Lasseter for receiving the Bright Ideas Grant! Mrs. Lasseter plans to use the funds to assist in the creation of a calming room for Omega Elementary School. #4theT

Mrs. Laurie’s 2nd grade class got a pet turtle over the weekend. They voted on a name this morning, stating their reasons for choosing the name. The majority rule was for “Nugget.” 🐢
