First grade traveled to Empire Studio to enjoy the Hercules theatre production. They enjoyed a picnic lunch at Veteran’s State Park and toured the military outdoor exhibits.
Mrs. Lasseter’s class cleaned the campus to celebrate Earth Day (April 22). They learned that people produce almost 5lbs of trash each day! There’s so many ways we can all reduce, reuse, and recycle!

This morning second grade students from all elementary schools were treated to a sneak peak of the upcoming performance of MAMMA MIA! by the TCHS Blue Devil Players.
Performances will be nightly April 20th - 22nd at 6pm and April 23rd at 3pm. You don't want to miss this! #4theT

Due to possible changes from the GA Dept of Early Care and Learning (GA DECAL): Bright from the Start, all Pre-K location letters will not be mailed until May 2023. The art contest deadline has been extended until Wednesday, April 19th. The City of Tifton is participating in Georgia Cities Week, part of this celebration will be a student art contest. Participants MUST have their parents fill out the registration form.

The 3rd Tuesday of each month at the Leroy Rogers Center the City of Tifton hosts Tifton's Financial Literacy Initiative. The next class is Tuesday, April 18th from 5:30pm - 7:00pm. and the topic is Building Savings. Classes are FREE and Childcare is provided. #4theT
DON'T FORGET! Free athletic physicals will be given at Georgia Sports Medicine, Southwell Orthopedics at 2227 Hwy 41 N. on Saturday, April 22nd, from 8:30am-12:30pm. This will be for students currently in grade 5-11 that are interested in playing middle school or high sports next year.
